Administration Officer

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Perform general administration duties including central mailing, company telephone system, general fax & emails, intranet, procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, company activities, renovation project handling etc.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and independently
  • Manage and monitor cleaners for daily, weekly and monthly tasks



  • Diploma or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Professional telephone manner is must
  • Responsible, well-organized, good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office and reception duties / customer service.
