Your role within our TEAM:

  • Solve in-house user daily technical problems and trouble-shooting on network, software and hardware
  • Handle system operation duties such as backup and IT documentations
  • Perform administration tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc off-hours operational support and tasks when necessary

Skills and traits of you:

  • Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience on system administration and support
  • Hands-on experience on Windows, Mac is a must
  • Independent, good problem solving skills and a good team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
