Human Resources and Administrative Assistant

Your role within our TEAM:

  • Provide general support in Human Resources and Administration department
  • Responsible for the employee relationship issue like arranging all the company activities
  • Prepare regular reports, memos and update and maintain database
  • Take charge of the reception duties and general office maintenance
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Skills and traits of you:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Recourses Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Exposure to fast pace and dynamic environment is preferred
  • Responsible, well-organized, good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
  • Committee member of the institution/ university society is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & knowledge in G-Suite is a plus
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
